A sort of "Inspect" other players button when you right click on players would be nice. Sort of like Inspecting for gears/abilities on other MMO but maybe just has it show up to 6 pokemons & lvls with limited details so players dont get any kind of edge during PvP.

A friend of mine had the same problem, he traded it to his alt account and it got a evolve prompt after a battle. Have it battle something and hopefully that will evolve it.

Hes asking about the npc Little Jimmy, the kid inside a house at north of route 30. Kid wants 75k to set up internet in his house. I assumed it was for a bike voucher as well and didnt pay 75k because i had already purchase a mount off the coin store.
