    Yes there is. He asked for 75 k. I renember it was early in the game i just forgot where it was.. Are you talking about Kanto? Im not. I couldnt afford the vermillion bike voucher. It was only when i started johto when i earned enough. The thing is i cant remember where the guy is and i cant go back to kanto yet
