Hi, thanks for replying. You got fair points, but I want to add something. I'm not in support of those people who did it as I said earlier, they are cheaters, and I love our moderators; they took this matter seriously and banned them. But what about them who didn't? Many scenarios are there. • What if they are sharing an account and their friend did it? • What if the service guy did it? Is it his fault that he/she trusted that guy and got public shame for no reason? I am not saying don't ban them for investigation but at least don't take names in all chats like this. PRO is a small community and ban with their name (their reputation took a toll).. So my point is, if any one of them is innocent and he/she gets unbanned, will they say sorry to him in all chat again? I'm just against the thing that they took their names in all chat.
