i've talked with Brock and declined the offer to help him with the daycare stuff by accident, now he's gone. even if i go to a daycare they are looking for someone with medicine knowledge. Is there a Cooldown now until he appears again? or can i find him somewhere else? kind regards

Like the title say im looking for egg moves, i was been told that they are available in the daycare but i can't enter it... do i have to do something specific? i was already asking this question a few times in Help Chat ingame but i never got an answer so i will try my luck here.
