ok i already had this poke deleveled. but im confused idk why it didin't evolve.Sneasel was deleveled to lvl 99 and i leveled him back to 100 with razor claw equipped and it was night time but it didint evolve at all... Im tilted and confused IGN:julesga pokemon ID: 46305494 Server:Silver

heyy! so i got a decent clefairy after capturing 200 and i am starting off that. im thinking that my first team will be 3 tanks and 3 dmg dealers. Clafable Tentacruel Gliscon Dragonite Weavile Lucario im looking for them with their respective nature and NOT being godly since im just starting. their important stat is defenitly above 20 but might fail somewhere else. idk how good this team is and would like to take some critics in. I also dont know about the move sets (i can use bot) and... items i can see them with the bot too This team is for pvp (i dont know about bosses yet but im praying some of my pvp pokes can help in bosses)
