    Thank you @Epithet and @PrinceKashyap , I didn't know about the Pre-evo Tutor. I was wondering what you guys were talking about untill I figured it out last night lol. My issue has been solved.

    I accidently evolved my Clamperl to Gorebyss before attaining Shell Smash (at level 50). Can a mod please devolve my Gorebyss to Clamperl so that I can train to level 50 and get the move Shell Smash.
