I captured a Fennekin a few months ago in Forest Pit I went back today to catch a good one and it seems that hes no longer there.. I searched online and now I see that he spawns st Dark Valley but I have no IDEA on how to get there, no one in help knows either. And in prowiki nothing shows up either. Help!

I'm going through the same issue, I started sinnoh like 2 hours ago and that Galactic guy won't let me in He says I'm not allowed to get in. theres another one on the previous route 205 that won't let me pass either
