    Sorry for the late reply, as Acetzy and Darksoul56 mentioned, you can faint your Pokemon first to reduce its happiness and re-train it to full happiness. This should be able to help you to evolve your Chingling. Have a good day.

    Shell bell not working

    Hi @Shinbalsekki,

    Sorry for the inconvenience. I have checked the issue and found that Shell bell does not work correctly. For now, sometimes it will show the activation of shell bell message, while sometimes not. (but it does not activate any effect even if the activation message is shown) The issue is now forwarded to our Developer. Thank you for reporting this. Have a good day.

    Sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for reporting this. The issue happen for all lending trade that were done before saved the PP Ups. According to our Developer, the issue will be fix with a server restart soon. In the meantime, please be patient. Have a good day.

    Hi @Riddoe,
    Sorry for the inconvenience and late reply. Random Battle Rating should be consider into Guild Contribution as it the rating will still be count with the formula of random rating divided by 2.

    Did you join the guild during last 7 days before season end? This is because any new members that join the guild during last 7days before season end will not be able to contribute their ratings to the guild, which might explain why you don't have the permission to join guild island.

    Hi @Sangana, here's your answer to your report.

    Also keep in mind that it’s a matter of pixels you can’t see growlie entirely, and his spawn is randomly selected and can change at each try.

    Hi, I'm sorry to say this, but yes, if the item is drag into the Trash Can, there's nothing we can do about it.

    Hi, according to our GM, you have successfully trade a Macho Brace. I have checked the spawns in Route 31, there are no Pokemon that can use "Switcheroo" or "Trick" to take your item away. In this case, by any chance, you might accidentally drag the Macho Brace into "Trash Can", which made no record of the item in your account.

    Hi, our GM has checked that you have a macho brace on your Jangmo-o. Can you confirm is that the macho brace you've lost? If not, can you tell me where did you train your Scyther?

    Master Ball Bug

    Hi @DarkNinjaWS,

    Sorry for the inconvenience. You are not allow to use master ball on Heatran when he is lvl99, as your master ball has been taken away by Buck. At this point, you may choose to defeat Heatran lvl99 or catch it with pokeballs, if you defeated Heatran at lvl99, you can talk to Buck to get your items back and ready your sync/masterball/false swiper after that, but note that Heatran level will reduce to lvl30.
