    Thank you for responding! That dialogue from Fisher Freddy actually appeared when I gave him 1 fish on my first try. The first time I tried the quest, I followed all the steps (as provided by multiple guides) and reached the part where Kimono Girl Trinea was with no problem. However, on the way there, I noticed these things:
    1. The 4 Kimono girls were already dancing in front of the temple before I even talked to the old lady or the paintings inside. 

    2. The pond in front of Fisher Freddy were full of fish before I gave him 1

    3. After I battled the 3 Kimono girls before Trinea, I beat them, but they didn't disappear. 

     

    I went back to try your advice and the fishes in the pond were suddenly gone, and when I checked with the temple, the kimono girls also disappeared. So, I just went back to the very start and did it all over again, and I was able to get Shaymin 2nd time around with no problems. I'm not sure if the above info would help, but just wanted to let you know. Thanks a lot!

    Thank you for the feedback, regards on what you have reported, that seems to be odd, we will investigate with the issue.

    May I know if you could obtain Shaymin for second time, or is it your quest had reset, so that you are able to do it again? 

    Do you encounter any server rollback when you're doing the quest?

    Kimono Girl Tinea

    Hello @Jianychta.

    Sorry for the inconvenience and late reply. In order to proceed the quest, you have to finished the quest given by Fisher Freddy, by submitting 3 Magikarp, 2 Finneon, 3 Goldeen, 1 Feebas and 1 Remoraid to him.
    Once you submitted all the Pokemon, the dialogue "Awesome! I think we are done. The population will regulate itself properly again." will shown, and you should be able to challenge Kimono Girl Tinea after that. Thank you for reporting and have a nice day.

    Sorry for the late reply. I have checked with the team, there is no changes in cooldown of Trick House. So there will be 2 days cooldown for your Day 5 and 3 days cooldown until your Day 6.

    Sorry for the late reply, we couldn't reproduce the issue that you've reported. In this case, we have came up with some situation that might happen:
    1. You are going to do start Day 5 Trick House Quest, but there is 2days cooldown, so that you will be enter the Trick House in 13hours (I measured this based on the time you make your report)
    2. Did you accidentally left the Trick House after you found the Trick Master, if yes, the quest will be in cooldown immediately (as Trick Master mentioned, "if you left the Trick House, you will need to wait again")

    If the situation is not stated above, could you please explain your situation in more detail or if there is screenshot or video record about your situation in this. Sorry for inconvenience and thank you for the report.

    Sorry for the inconvenience and late reply, regarding of what you have reported, there will be a message to prevent you from entering the Trick House when it is in cooldown, that is not a bug as it is intended. You will be able to enter the Trick House once the cooldown is up. Thank you for the reporting and have a nice day.

    Safari Bug

    Sorry for the inconvenience and late reply. As you mentioned that you were forced to leave the Safari Zone after 20minutes, did you try to re-enter the Safari Zone by talking to the guards? The guard should stand aside once you purchased the Safari Pass with 50k or activate a Safari Pass in your backpack. Even if they don't, they should stand aside after you talk to them.

    Sorry for the inconvenience and late reply. The Safari system is actually working fine, but I have to apologize for the visual issue as it showed that you only have 20 minutes to stay in the Safari Zone instead of 24 hours, it will show you the correct time if you leave and re-enter the Safari Zone.

    In this situation, it is because you have already purchased the Safari Pass through the officer. The NPC "EV Training Area Helpdesk" is informing you that you have an active Safari Pass with the remaining time of entry.


    Thank you for your report. The visual issue has now been fixed. It will show you "You can stay in the Safari Zone for 24 hours!" once you purchase the Safari Pass.
