After eavesdropping part of victini quest the guy in black cloth still doesnt respond according to the quest he just says "i am only interested in money" though i did found the 10 loctions of evesdrop point 4 in where damon is, 1 in lumber jack, 1 near charizard statue, 2 in pokecenter, 2 in cave, Kindly if its a bug please try to resolve it..
