After eavesdropping part of victini quest the guy in black cloth still doesnt respond according to the quest he just says "i am only interested in money" though i did found the 10 loctions of evesdrop point 4 in where damon is, 1 in lumber jack, 1 near charizard statue, 2 in pokecenter, 2 in cave,

Kindly if its a bug please try to resolve it..

It would be easier to help if you explain more, show pictures of the "Guy in black clothes" because there are tons of them in Crater Town. 

 

It cant be a bug since we did it with several newbies to complete vicitni dungeon in our guild. Show some pictures, then i'l be able to help. 

 

But if you dont explain what exactly is wrong, nobody can help.
