Update: All fixed! Another player happened to spawn there too, and was able to trade me an escape rope which gave me the ability to move.

Hello, I must have never left the Halloween locations, specifically Necropolis, and now I'm stuck in the pokecenter there and can't move. I don't have any escape ropes to try, and I tried to surrender a pvp match but it did not work. I actually saw someone in the PC with me, and then they walked out. I messaged him and he said that he was automatically moved to Vermillion. Please help!
