Just spent most of the weekend and week finding a good iv machamp with no guard and adamant nature just to find out that fissure has a 40-60% hit ratio??? The ability of the Pokemon states that it doesn't miss...can someone explain why this is buffed in game?? I understand in PvP but in game??
