Sorry for the inconvenience.
Sometimes when the server crashes, you might lose a bit of your progress due to a rollback.
Unfortunately, you will not be refunded of anything you lost in a rollback/crash.
Take a look at this thread if you were hit by a rollback for more information as to why you won't be refunded.
The ralts is just a random reward on the chess game.
You can play chess as many times as you want. Don't lose hope and go ahead for it!

Normally, the delivery quest take part in the last region you completed.
In which city do you see a building? Try to think a bit more on it. We can't give straight answers on an event quest which just started!

You can find another Macho Brace in Goldenrod, from the biker in front of the Pokecenter.
You can also dig one in the digspots at route 211.
By the way, if you catch the pokemon stealing your item, the item will be held by it!

Have you tried to play other games on your computer?
Would be interesting to know if ony PRO has this problem.
He might be a problem with your setting. You should try to compare your settings between Android and Windows.
There is also another possibility : maybe something inside your computer is down and need to be repaired. You might want to ask a technician to look into your computer.Looking forward for your answer.

Hi @Baint,
Like Darkclown explained, you need the Light Stone to make Reshiram appears after you catch Zekrom.
The Light Stone was only available in the dungeon, as a reward. Due to the fact that the Dungeon is on Christmas Map, it's no longer available now.
