I did this quest yesterday and I had the same problem. You can’t leave the area unless you use a escape rope. I managed to fix this to go back to the mushroom tree as stated above and you should teleport back. At least, this worked for me.

Hi, So I wanted to start the Kyurem quest with my friend and whenever we go to Eumi Island there is no old lady next to the Pokecenter. We haven't been here before so it's not possible that we've talked to here before. I followed the Kyurem guide. Did I miss something? Thanks in advance.

Hi, I found this world map bug where I'm in Ravaged Path in Sinnoh and when I open the world map it says I'm in Pallet Town, Kanto. I went out of the cave and it put me back to Sinnoh but when I go back in the cave it resets me to Kanto. EDIT : It also happens in Mt. Coronet and it also happened to my friend.

Mudkip was indeed in my first slot. But I seemed to find a fix. My repel was on a hotkey when the bug occurred so I tried to manually activate my repel from backpack and put it on another key and it worked.

Hi, I guess I encountered this bug where repel doesn't work for some reason? I'm on the Moon (Hoenn) and I used a repel twice and for some reason I still get encounters every time. I added a screenshot where you can see my repel is activated and I still get encounters. This is not the first time it happened, it also happened in Johto and I don't know what causes this. I just used my repel whenever I entered a cave, maybe it has to do something with that I don't know.
