SO Already thank you for your quick response, I tried everything, I'm on Android, DOOGEE S59 PRO, and my problem is that I can't install ''PRO'', I succeeded once but the game stopped on home screen But on pc windows 32b it works perfectly, I was able to play and find my pokémon, I would have liked to be able to play on Android.
