Hi, I have an error when opening the app on my PC. I already downloaded all the versions of the game, and it won't open. I'm going to attach a photo so you can see how the window looks.

Hello! I am really sorry for the inconvenience.

 

Can you try deleting all the folders and downloading the game again HERE?

Before starting the game, can you temporarily disable your antivirus?

If this still doesn't solve the problem, can you try the 32 bit version?

sigue quedando igual ya elimine todo lo que tenia y volvi a descargar y queda igual, lo raro que esta pc es de mi trabajo y ya no me corre el juego, pero en mi casa con la personal mia jugue normal el fin de semana

It's still the same, I already deleted everything I had and downloaded it again, and it's still the same. The weird thing is that this PC is from my work and the game doesn't run anymore, but at home with my personal one I played normally over the weekend.

Please, open the game and press your F2 keyboard key (or Fn+F2), type the command "clean reg" and press the enter key.

It doesn't give any option, you have to press F2 key or Fn + F2 (It depends on the keyboard); write "clear reg" (without quotation marks) and press enter.

 

Even if you can't see it, it should still work.

This laptop is from my job, and I usually use it for gaming. This problem started on Friday the 12th of this month, after 1pm Costa Rica time. It's weird because, like I said, I used to play almost every day. I've already removed all traces of the game from the PC and reinstalled it, but nothing.
