    Hello @6six6 Thank you for reaching out again. There was a small issue with a tile script which caused Wattson to not appear inside of the Pokecenter in Mauville City. I kindly ask you to leave and re-enter the Pokecenter again. Doing so will make Wattson appear on the left side of the Pokecenter. We are sorry that the guide you mentioned above is now slightly outdated. To start the Transmat Quest, please talk to Wattson, he is located inside the Pokecenter in Mauville City.
