  1. Dear @Hieubii, @Joksch96 As there was no response received from @Hieubii within the given timeframe, the matter has been reviewed and processed in accordance with the Trade and Auction Rules as mentioned. The force trade has been completed, finalizing the transaction between both parties. This case is now considered resolved and closed. Dear @Hieubii, This serves as an official warning regarding the mishandling of this recent auction thread. You have failed to respond within the given timeframe and did not provide clarification for the following:| 1. Incorrect posting under Cross Server while shifting transfer responsibility to the buyer, which contradicts Cross Server Forum Rule 2. 2. Announcing a winner before the required 48-hour duration was completed, which contradicts Auction Rules. 3. Acknowledging a bid after the auction window had ended, which violates the Auction Rules. As a result, a force trade was carried out to finalize the transaction in accordance with the rules. Please ensure that in all future auctions: The auction duration and endpoint are strictly followed. If posting under Cross Server, you as the seller must be ready to transfer unless an explicit agreement states otherwise. No bids are accepted or acknowledged after closure. Failure to comply in future cases may result in stricter disciplinary action. Regards, Balladeer
  2. Dear @Joksch96, You may stay in your preferred server. The pokemon is to be force trade to you later. Regards, Balladeer
  3. Dear @Hieubii, This is a follow-up regarding the inquiries raised in my previous message concerning your auction thread. Kindly provide your response within the next 24 hours to address the points mentioned above. Failure to do so will result in me proceeding accordingly as per the established Trade and Auction Rules. Dear @Joksch96, Regardless of the above, please be informed that I will proceed with the force trade accordingly after the given timeframe. This message serves as your acknowledgment of the process moving forward. Regards, Balladeer
  4. Dear @Katowiczanin, Thanks for the clarification, I have also edited the auction post slightly, please proceed with the auction and follow the start point, end point and Auction Rules. Regards, Balladeer
  5. Dear @Katowiczanin, The auction description does not clearly specify the intended starting point. Based on the limited information provided, I would like to confirm whether you intend for each Pokémon’s auction to begin from the first starting bid, or if all are to follow the start time stated in the auction post. Kindly clarify this so this auction can proceed accordingly. Kindly also refer to the Auction Rules. Regards, Balladeer
  6. Dear @Lamola, @Yayozama Upon reviewing the final bid amounts from both, no further action will be taken. As noted by @Lamola, the bid placed by @Six06 is considered invalid since it matched the same amount of 1.6m previously bidded by @Yayozama - therefore, @Yayozama's bid stands as the highest valid one. Apologies for the brief confusion earlier. That said, this auction will still be marked as mishandled due to the premature closure. However, no additional action is required from any party at this point. Regards, Balladeer
  7. Dear @Lamola Thank you for the prompt follow-up. Kindly note that this auction is considered mishandled, as the early closure has affected the outcome and potential follow-up bids. However, this will be treated as a warning and a reminder to always double-check the auction start time, end time, and bidding timestamps before announcing closure or proceeding with a trade - even if it requires an additional 1–2 days to finalize. Doing so will help prevent similar situations in the future. Dear @Yayozama, @Six06, As the auction outcome has been affected by the early closure, I would like to know what resolution both of you are seeking so we can proceed accordingly and ensure fairness in the final decision. I would like to hear both of your thoughts before further action. Ignore the above crossed-comment, read my following reply. Regards, Balladeer
  8. Dear @Lamola, @Yayozama, @Six06 I will be using GMT+8 for the following.: The auction for the Ursaluna mount was started by @Yayozama on 25th October 2025 at 10:06 AM (GMT+8). Based on the stated duration, the auction should have ended on 26th October 2025 at 10:06 PM (GMT+8). That makes @Six06 bid at 12:21 PM (within the auction window) the highest valid bid prior to the scheduled endpoint. However, @Lamola, you closed this auction early, changed the title and did not include a screenshot of the completed trade in the thread. Please provide an explanation and submit the trade screenshot (or other supporting evidence) for review within the next 24 hours so this matter can be resolved transparently. Until @Lamola provides the requested evidence and explanation, the highest valid bid remains @Six06 12:21 PM (GMT+8). If no valid proof or explanation is provided, further moderator action may follow. Regards, Balladeer
  9. Dear @Epicmon, There is no Mudkip included in this auction post; therefore, I have updated the title accordingly. Please be mindful in the future, as incorrect or misleading titles can cause confusion and subject for further attention/action. Regards, Balladeer
  10. Dear @Aldosan, This is clear message for you, you should avoid making similar mistakes in future auctions. Appropriate disciplinary actions have been taken. As per Auction Rules: Regards, Balladeer
  11. Dear @Aldosan, @Grahamsitox, @Yeda, I'm using GMT+8 as the standard for the following. Upon review of the auction, the first valid bid was placed by @Faizu on 22nd October 2025 at 6:23 AM (GMT+8), which sets the official endpoint at 24th October 2025 at 6:23 AM (GMT+8) based on the stated 48-hour duration. The highest valid bid prior to that time was @Grahamsitox with 9m, placed on 23rd October 2025 at 3:29 AM (GMT+8), making this the highest valid bid according to the Auction Rules. However, @Aldosan's closure post was made at 24th October 2025, 3:43 AM (GMT+8), before the 24th October 2025 at 6:23 AM (GMT+8) endpoint. Auction closed 2hr 40 min before the actual end. Hence, @Aldosan, you have closed this auction prematurely which may have affected the other possible end results of this auction, however, the highest valid bid remains, @Grahamsitox with 9m. Regards, Balladeer
  12. Dear @Alucardarren, Please be reminded to familiarize yourself more thoroughly with the Auction Rules as the Auction Host/Seller. You should not acknowledge or accept any bids after the highest valid bid has been placed within the 24-hour valid bidding window. Fortunately, you have completed the trade with the rightful winner, @Bajiruu which resolves the issue in this instance. However, please be more cautious and mindful in future auctions to prevent similar mistakes. Should you require any clarification or support, feel free to reach out to the Trade Moderator Team for assistance. Dear @Namanh, It has been noted that this is not your first instance of posting a bid after an auction has officially ended. Please be advised not to repeat this behaviour, as it disrupts the integrity of the auction process. Further infractions will result in appropriate disciplinary measures, as this repeated conduct is considered baiting auction hosts into breaking auction rules. Regards, Balladeer
  13. Dear @Hieubii, I am reviewing this auction thread, kindly clarify the following points: 1. Why was this posted in Cross Server while stating “This is a Gold Server auction”? Per the Cross Server rules: In your post, you wrote: “This is a Gold Server auction. If bidding from an alternative server, state that you will transfer upon winning.” - which directly contradicts the above rule. When listing under Selling Pokemon - Cross Server, the expectation is that you, as the seller, are prepared to transfer the Pokémon if the winning bidder is from another server. Your statement instead shifts that responsibility to the buyer. Please clarify your intent for posting under Selling Pokemon - Cross Server despite this contradiction, and explain whether you were prepared to transfer the Pokémon yourself. 2. Why was a winner announced before the stipulated 48-hour period ended? The first bid by @Joksch96 was placed at 21/10/2025, 7:33 PM (GMT+8). Your announcement of a winner was at 23/10/2025, 6:29 PM (GMT+8), which is 1 hour and 4 minutes earlier than the required 48 hours from the initiating bid. Kindly explain why the auction was closed early despite the above. 3. Why was the 300k bid from @Yumeko77 acknowledged when the auction was already considered over? At the time you acknowledged the 300k bid, the auction window had already elapsed. Please explain the rationale for accepting or acknowledging that bid as it directly contradicts the Auction Rules. Regards, Balladeer
  14. Dear @Nuclearpotato, As noted by others, once an auction has been initiated by the first bid, you are not permitted to change its end time or endpoint. This serves as a reminder to avoid repeating similar mistakes in the future and ensure proper adherence to the Auction Rules. "8. End point must be clearly stated before the auction has started. This cannot be changed once the auction has begun." Regards, Balladeer
  15. Dear @Srkhan, You may refer to the following auction rules for further: https://pokemonrevolution.net/forum/topic/119709-forums-and-in-game-auction-rules/ As for "noted", we generally don't practice this since it will also bump the auction thread, refrain from over-bumping in the future. The bids by default are acknowledged and cannot be withdrawn once placed.
  16. Dear @Srkhan, Kindly note that for future auctions, refrain from overbumping the thread within a 24-hour period. It has been observed that this auction was bumped multiple times in a short timeframe with the comment “noted.” Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Regards, Balladeer
  17. Dear @Gacor, In the future, kindly state the full currency such as 6m, 700k etc. Regards, Balladeer
  18. Dear @Profsmoove, This is a clear reminder for the following: Forum: › As of start point, this may be one of the following 2 options: a specified time (e.g. "day/month/year hour:minute a.m./p.m. & Timezone"), or instantly as of the trade post (e.g. "as of thread creation"). › As of start price, specified by the seller. Please note that this auction did not include an explicitly defined start time. The post only listed a starting price (“Starting Price: 1m”) but did not specify whether the 48-hour timer begins from the time of post creation or from the first valid bid. However, the auction proceeded with the first valid bid route. In future auctions, kindly reminded to explicitly specify the start point ie. "The auction starts once the starting price/bid is met". This ensures there is no confusion about when the auction begins or ends. Regards, Balladeer
  19. Dear @Yeda, Thanks for bringing this case to my attention. However, next time you may submit a report. Dear @Kersus, There's 2 issues I see from this auction: Over-bumping: Towards the tail-end of the auction you have bumped this auction post multiple times within 24hrs, kindly refrain from doing so in the future. Valid Highest Bid: @Shellter with 4.7m at 12:32 PM, 18th Oct (GMT+8) Start price met at 10:47 AM, 17 Oct (GMT+8), so the auction’s 72-hour end point was 10:47 AM, 20 Oct (GMT+8). The final-15-minute extension window before that end was 10:32 - 10:47 AM, 20 Oct (GMT+8). No bids were placed inside that 10:32 - 10:47 window (GMT+8), so the auction legally ended at 10:47 AM, 20 Oct (to the minute) (GMT+8). The bids by Metwr (4.85m at 10:55 AM, 20 Oct, GMT+8) and Shellter (5.0m at 10:56 AM, 20 Oct, GMT+8) came after the auction had ended and are therefore not valid. All earlier bids met the minimum-raise rule; the last valid (highest) one before the end was Shellter’s 4.7m. @Shellter@Kersus Kindly proceed with the actual exchange within the next 24 hours. Failure to do so may result in further action being taken. If you require my assistance, please let me know. Regards, Balladeer
  20. Dear @Kursatonur, Thanks for the prompt reply, I shall proceed accordingly as per abovementioned. Regards, Balladeer
  21. Dear @Kursatonur, Following up on your earlier message - I’ve noted your inquiry regarding whether the Shiny Tyranitar could be reverted to its Larvitar form. Unfortunately, it’s not possible to revert a Pokémon to its previous evolutionary form once it has evolved, as this falls under an irreversible action. At this point, kindly confirm whether you wish to keep the current Shiny Tyranitar. If you decide otherwise, we can proceed accordingly based on further discussions. Dear @Grabarz23, Due to the abovementioned, the final decision will depend on @Kursatonur's confirmation regarding whether he wishes to retain the Shiny Tyranitar. Should he choose not to, the auction may be reverted to your favor following our prior discussions and review. For both of your attention: If @Kursatonur decides to keep the Shiny Tyranitar, no further action will be taken. However, if he chooses not to, I will proceed to reallocate the Shiny Tyranitar to @Grabarz23 and recollect the stipulated items as previously discussed. Should @Kursatonur fail to respond within a reasonable timeframe, ownership will also be reverted to @Grabarz23, as agreed earlier. This consideration is made based on @Kursatonur's inquiry about the possibility of reverting the Pokémon to its Larvitar form, indicating uncertainty regarding his intent to retain it. This ensures proper closure and prevents the auction case from extending too long. Dear @Eddton, Following up on the outcome of your auction - the trade with the rightful winner has been completed. However, due to the earlier handling issues during the auction process, the trade ban placed will remain in effect. Please refer to the following shared previously: Your auction post: "End Point: 3:30pm est-5/ 8:30pm gmt+0" Time conversion: 3:30 PM EST (UTC−5) = 3:30 PM + 5 hours = 8:30 PM GMT (UTC+0) The auction was posted on 11th Oct 2025, 3:31 PM GMT+0, with an stipulated end time of 8:30 PM GMT+0. This is going by the same day. All bids placed before the official end time are valid. Details are as follows: Bidder Bid Time (GMT+0) Status Anjelic 5m 11th Oct 2025, 3:33 PM Valid (Initiating) Sventapapere 6m 11th Oct 2025, 5:50 PM Valid Grabarz23 7m 11th Oct 2025, 6:09 PM Valid Faizu 8m 11th Oct 2025, 7:36 PM Valid Kursatonur 10m 11 Oct 2025, 8:17 PM Valid (highest valid bid before end) Trisco 11m 12 Oct 2025, 1:54 AM Invalid (after auction ended) If you believe this action is unjust or wish to provide further clarification regarding your case, you may submit an appeal through the General Complaints Forum. Your appeal will be reviewed in a timely and fair manner. Please note that the team has decided not to force any reversal of the auction since irreversible actions were made to the Pokémon after the trade. Regards, Balladeer
  22. Dear @Ahnnjhello22, It has been noted that this auction was bumped multiple times every 1 hour via Update (Description). Kindly refrain from doing so in the future, as this action falls under spam. Please remember that forum posts may only be bumped once every 24 hours. As a best practice, please also include a screenshot of completed trades in your posts to facilitate easier verification. Thanks Regards, Balladeer
  23. Dear @Grabarz23, Kindly indicate the exact value with specificity, that was used so I may cross-check its validity. Update: Stipulated items as per discussion has been allocated in-game. Thanks. Regards, Balladeer
  24. Dear @Eddton, Based on the information above and the trade logs, it appears that you have proceeded with a trade involving the incorrect bidder and did not honour the stated auction end time you have set. The correct highest valid bid before the deadline was 10m by @Kursatonur at 11th Oct 2025, 8:17 PM (GMT+0), as indicated in forum thread. "The auction was posted on 11th Oct 2025, 3:31 PM GMT+0, with an stipulated end time of 8:30 PM GMT+0. This is going by the same day. All bids placed before the official end time are valid. Details are as follows: Bidder Bid Time (GMT+0) Status Anjelic 5m 11th Oct 2025, 3:33 PM Valid (Initiating) Sventapapere 6m 11th Oct 2025, 5:50 PM Valid Grabarz23 7m 11th Oct 2025, 6:09 PM Valid Faizu 8m 11th Oct 2025, 7:36 PM Valid Kursatonur 10m 11 Oct 2025, 8:17 PM Valid (highest valid bid before end) Trisco 11m 12 Oct 2025, 1:54 AM Invalid (after auction ended) " Accordingly, the trades have been reviewed and rectified. The correct amount to pokedollars will be transferred to your account soonest. Kindly acknowledge the above and appropriate action has been taken. Dear @Kursatonur, Kindly take note that the Shiny Larvitar, now a Shiny Tyranitar, has been transferred to your account and I have removed 10m from your account. Dear @Grabarz23, Kindly take note that you proceeded with the trade despite the auction’s stated end time. This serves as a reminder to abide with the Auction Rules and double-check and ensure all details align before finalizing any future trades. Also take note that the 7m has been returned to your account. Auction Rules: https://pokemonrevolution.net/forum/topic/119709-forums-and-in-game-auction-rules/ Regards, Balladeer
  25. Dear @Ahnnjhello22, Kindly note that I have updated the description of your auction post as it violates our forum auction rules. "*if bid is placed within last 10 mins of the auction, auction end time will reset to 10 mins countdown again." to "If a bid is placed within the last 15 minutes of the auction, the end time will be extended by 15 minutes from the most recent valid bid, and will continue to extend by 15 minutes for each new bid thereafter until the highest offer has stood for a full 15 minutes." Kindly read the following for your understanding and acknowledgement: 9. End point is final and must be honoured. - Forum: If a bid is received in the final 15 minutes of the auction, the end point will be delayed by 15 minutes from that bid, and will be delayed by 15 minutes for each new bid thereafter, until the current offer has been held for a full 15 minutes. Must be accurate to the minute that the auction is set to end. › e.g. If the auction ends at 15:00, it will end at 15:00:00. If a late bid is received in the final 15 minutes, at 14:46, the auction will end at 15:01. If another user bids at 15:00, the auction will be extended again, and will end at 15:15, this will be repeated until the current offer has been held for a full 15 minutes.
