HI , sorry for my bad english, i crash everytime i have a loading map ( housing and area ) , i have dl the game again and again i don't understand ,here i try to leave a pkm center and i crash immediately again and again , i can't play thank you for the help

Hi, sorry for my bad english first, i just did a new account but i don't receive the confirmation email , it been a hour, i try the deco/reco , i verify my spam folder and verify if the dashbord as the correct email adress but nothing , thank you for the help
