Hi, sorry for my bad english first, i just did a new account but i don't receive the confirmation email , it been a hour, i try the deco/reco , i verify my spam folder and verify if the dashbord as the correct email adress but nothing , thank you for the help 

Hello there @Mavuiika I apologize for this inconvenience. Some players have reported delays with the verification Email arriving recently. If you are certain your Email address is correct with no misspellings, my advice is to just keep checking if the Email has arrived, check your Spam/Junk Emails and search for "Pokemon Revolution Online"
