Hi @Epithet thanks for the reply! yes, this is indeed my one and only account, so it must be this one. Of course, it could be that the server crashed. I received the item and continued trading with the recycler for another 10-15 minutes. After that, I think the game crashed or I actively logged out for a short time (I'm not quite sure) But I actively googled for exactly this item after receiving it, so I know with great certainty that I have received it. I would be very happy if something could still be done, to be honest I am very surprised that there are no more records of this 😞

I received today a "Choice Specs" from the Item Recycler. I continued with recycling for a few more minutes. I then logged out briefly and logged back in a few minutes later, but the item is gone... Can something be done?
