I received today a "Choice Specs" from the Item Recycler. I continued with recycling for a few more minutes.
I then logged out briefly and logged back in a few minutes later, but the item is gone...
Can something be done?

According to our database, this account has never owned the item "Choice Specs" at any point. Are you perhaps thinking of a different account?

Was there perhaps a server crash during that time?

yes, this is indeed my one and only account, so it must be this one.

Of course, it could be that the server crashed. I received the item and continued trading with the recycler

for another 10-15 minutes. After that, I think the game crashed or I actively logged out for a short time (I'm not quite sure)
But I actively googled for exactly this item after receiving it, so I know with great certainty that I have received it.

I would be very happy if something could still be done, to be honest I am very surprised that there are no more records of this 😞
