I found xmas Eevee form last xmas event and it disappeared from my pc. I don’t remember deleting it and I don’t have the id number or screenshot. It was hidden ability and Careful nature. Is it possible to get it back?

Last Christmas i found one xmas Eevee form and it disappeared from my pc and im sure i did not delete it. I don’t have the id number or sth. It was ha and Careful nature. Is it impossible to get it back? I could use some help.
