  9. Hello @Kayzaka The account you mentioned has zero progress. Seems to me that you are mixed up on the username, and your progress is located on another account. Looks like there is a couple account that may be linked to you. Do any of the following accounts sound familiar? I checked the trade logs, and there’s no record of a reroll ticket being traded in the trades you mentioned. To move forward with this, we’ll need a bit more information from you. If you can, like ,Any screenshots you have of the trade, The name of the player you traded with or Anything else that might help us verify what happened Once we have that, we can take a closer look and see what went wrong.
