Looks like there is a couple account that may be linked to you. Do any of the following accounts sound familiar? I checked the trade logs, and there’s no record of a reroll ticket being traded in the trades you mentioned. To move forward with this, we’ll need a bit more information from you. If you can, like ,Any screenshots you have of the trade, The name of the player you traded with or Anything else that might help us verify what happened Once we have that, we can take a closer look and see what went wrong.

Thanks for reaching out Shashank555, you can transfer servers for free once a month. Just have to login on the dashboard https://dashboard.pokemonrevolution.net/dashboard/ and at the bottom of the left side of the main area there is a server transfer button. After you go to the next screen there is another button to confirm what will be transferred. Hello Hitgp1, I see that you want to make a new silver character, but unfortunately we cannot delete accounts. The best I can suggest is to make a new account and make a new character on the silver server. Players are allowed up to four accounts. Hi Huyofficial2002, Just to clarify how the test server works, it’s mainly meant for PRO staff testers. Players can log into it, but it’s not really recommended since things there aren’t stable, progress doesn’t save, and features may be broken or unfinished. If you still want to access it, you can do so from the login screen by pressing F2 and typing test. Just keep in mind that anything you do on the test server won’t carry over to the live servers. did you have a reason for wanting to log into the test server or are you just curious? If you have any other questions about it, feel free to ask.

Hey, thanks for the reaching out Sirnikoli. Lapras' Valentine Form is rare mainly because it’s an event‑exclusive cosmetic with a really low spawn rate. We sets certain event forms to be “collector‑tier,” so even if they aren’t used much in PvP, they’re still intentionally hard to find. Usage doesn’t affect rarity some of the rarest forms in the game are not "meta" at all. Lapras VDay just happens to be one of those forms that only shows up during Valentine events and with very low odds, so there aren’t many in circulation. When the form come around again and if you are hunting for one, just keep in mind it’s meant to be rare for collection value, not for competitive play. Open the “Change Username” option, located on the bottom‑left side of the dashboard. 3. Check if your desired name is available. You can do this by attempting to register it on the game’s registration page. This checks availability across all servers and prevents issues during merges. 4. Submit your username‑change request through the dashboard. Please note: The request must be approved by PRO Staff. You must have 500 coins in your account at the time of submission, as this will cost you a total of 500 coins in game. If you are referring to the EXP Potion obtained on Eumi Island by trading in the tokens earned from battling Tigerous, please note that this item provides 72 hours of boosted experience, which is the standard duration. There is an additional mechanic for newer accounts: Players with under 100 hours of total playtime receive an extra experience boost until they reach 100 hours. This is separate from the 72‑hour EXP Potion and may be the source of confusion. Your account currently has 2240h 59m so you are a little beyond the 100 hour limit.
