Is acrobatics tm obtainable?

My legal government name is Silver (not joking), IGN: 900 I'm 23, from the US Discord: Thilver (On all day as I have notifications on my phone) I'm still fairly new to the game but I've been learning a lot about pvp lately and would like to surround myself with others that are like minded and can give me advice on how to improve. I can contribute by lending out pvp pokemon, dex service, doing dungeons, and anything else as I'm pretty open minded.

According to the wiki https://wiki.pokemonrevolution.net/index.php?title=Sneasler, Sneasler is able to learn acrobatics however, I'm getting an error saying Sneasler can't learn acrobatics in the game.

No issues after adding Zapdos to the seen dex data. I think the dratini seen dex data was the one that was bugged

I keep getting the dialogue "Oh, I'm sorry, you need to have seen at least 149 Pokemon native to Kanto, and you have only seen 148 of them." I checked my pokedex multiple times and out of the 151 Kanto Pokemon, I'm only missing Zapdos and Mew.
