I keep getting the dialogue "Oh, I'm sorry, you need to have seen at least 149 Pokemon native to Kanto, and you have only seen 148 of them." I checked my pokedex multiple times and out of the 151 Kanto Pokemon, I'm only missing Zapdos and Mew.

I'm sorry to see you may have encountered a possible bug. 

 

After checking your dex data, it looks like you should meet the requirements. Since the time your post was made, it looks like you've now added Zapdos to the seen dex data.

 

After seeing Zapdos, are you still having this issue?

No issues after adding Zapdos to the seen dex data. I think the dratini seen dex data was the one that was bugged
