Does anyone know how to get it? You need it to go down in multiple places in the desert, Fiery Path, the end of Meteor Falls and Rustboro Turf. I see people with Pokemon out of there such as Noibat but they didn't have the permit either. Can someone help a brother out?

Lots of games are in beta and they talk to their players about updates, livestream newer releases of the game that are going to come out, etc. every single day. Just because it's in beta doesn't mean shit if it's been in beta since it started. The ACTUAL reason why it's going to stay in beta is because of the legal reasons, that is correct. If they tried to force the game out otherwise, Nintendo will destroy this game. Ever since the newer updates, I have actually seen no word about the Android update. I'd be worried too. What if the game just all of a sudden stopped working for weeks on end without anyone saying anything. Is "It's in beta" still an excuse for that? Please.

I can confirm that I have yet to do the HM Fly quest and can still go there.

It isn't a bug. Pikachu learns Surf in this game through an NPC if you start out with it.

This. You are going to need to probably catch a low level Paras then just try and level it up from there so you can guarantee that Spore will be on it.

You can catch the starters in the wild. It isn't really that permanent of a choice. Otherwise, you can make a new account.

To help you out a bit more, like Einstein said, base stats are a rough calculation and can go either way depending on Nature, EVs, and IVs. IVs are the individual values that a Pokemon randomly has and are always random. You can't judge a Pokemon's base stats of a randomly assorted numbers. Base stats have little correlation to IVs

Most of the time they just crash. No other reason. As it looks like you're new, this game has pretty frequent crashes and we need an admin to reboot them. The most we can do is wait, really.

You need to go to the Olivine Dock and be the Johto Champion and I would assume maybe have Membership as everything in there is MS only?

Epic to me is like 20+ in the stats it needs then 15 in everything else it needs.

I'm putting a 100k budget on a 15+ IV in everything but attack bold Flabebe.

Just to bring some light onto the post, you could always headbutt trees and catch some non-gen 1 Pokemon or if you have a membership, you could always grind out another Pokemon!

However Giga Drain and Solarbeam are good as it is. It also has access Moonblast as Oddish. Also Sleep Powder. It's essentially a faster Venusaur that has more coverage for all the dragons running around.

Yeah I thought a lot about it but under sun, Bellossom is actually faster than anything in the game. I'm picking it for diversity and it will be better once the Heat Rock will be available. Also, I switched out Lopunny for Infernape and I'm looking for a switch for Mence. But yes it did help, thank you!

I think they released a new download for when they put up the Blue server. Have you tried that?
