Description and Message Dunno why but today seems i cant login, when i try to login it gives "logging in...." then the writing fades away and nothin happens. The server status is ONLINE. thx for help

Description and Message Hello just wanted to know if can i have a refund of 5k for safari, i just paid the 5k then the server crashed and when i got back i found myself outside the safari and with 5k less :(
