Hello just wanted to know if can i have a refund of 5k for safari,

i just paid the 5k then the server crashed and when i got back i found myself outside the safari and with 5k less :(

Sorry, but you don't get the 5k refunded.

The game is still in beta.

Some times when the game crashes, you might lose your a bit of your progress. Keep in mind that game is in BETA and crashes can happen any time. You will not be given anything you lost in a rollback/crash as it's responsbility. We so sorry for your case, however, it will not have any action go further for your case. I am so sorry...
