It's not bug, because you rejected Brock to do quest. However, Brock will be appear again after a several days (not sure how long). So don't worry. --Moved to proper place--

There have no rule for against to it, however, you will need to take your own risk and staff will not do anything if having unexpected happen.

Hi there, The move animation need alot of time for update such as need artist make it first and then scripted into game. You will need to patient, but surely more and more animation move will be update overtime. Thanks for your respond. --Moved to proper place--

Some times when the game crashes/stuck, you might lose your a bit of your progress. Keep in mind that game is in BETA and crashes can happen any time. You will not be given anything you lost in a rollback/crash/stuck as it's responsbility. Please take the time to read the following thread https://pokemonrevolution.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=88&t=7881#p48834 I am so sorry for your case, however, it will not have any action go further for your case. I will suggestion you logout when you got something worth, so server will auto-save it. --Moved to proper place--

Actually, I've seen multiple people from the United Arab Emirates report that they can't log into PRO without using a VPN. I assume it's something to do with the country blocking access, not PRO itself. More information in here: https://pokemonrevolution.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=16&t=40200&hilit=vpn
