Hi "PRO version is out of date" means you will need to delete your old client and then redownload as PRO was updated new version. If you play in Android, you will need to wait couple days as it not release yet (no ETA) for Android version. Hope it can help you :)

Hi, sadly you cannot reset your account, but you can new start by switch server or create the new account (per email can create 2 account). Hope it can help you.

Whenever a new client is released, the Android version takes a few extra days to be uploaded because it is a longer process to make the game available on that platform. Please be patient.
