    I can confirm that when pokemon evolve it will get stronger, however the drawback is need more exp for level up rather than the early stage.

    Hi there, I don't think that Entrainment have exist in game yet. So you will need to patient and wait for it can updated and added in game.

    The place to level up will depend on the current level of your. I will suggestion level up at cinabar -> seafoam -> victory road for best result if you still in kanto only.
