  2. Hi there, I've a problem in my android, when I'm get in a battle, before my pokemon appears the game crash and stop de app (it's happent between 10x), It can't me play battles. Here my hardware and Software actually. >Model: Asus_Z012DC Android 8.0.0 3 RAM 64Gbz 2 CPU - 2.0ghz and 1.5ghz Account Sasukemaru email - [EDIT]

Currently I am in trouble in the game , it crashes on the map loading screen , and because of this, is not posível play , I wonder if I will have return of the days that I am unable to play while the game is in trouble and do not be solution after all , I wanted to keep me active in the game and paid for it . Currently my game is catching on maps loading screen Awaiting reply , thanks.
  5. The Pokémon caught in the middle of the screen, so I decided to relog .. After doing so, I could not play, the game crashes on the map loading screen ... already I downloaded again as performed as board administrator, deactivated anti-virus and nothing to carry. Follow the image where the game crashes:
