Currently I am in trouble in the game , it crashes on the map loading screen , and because of this, is not posível play , I wonder if I will have return of the days that I am unable to play while the game is in trouble and do not be solution after all , I wanted to keep me active in the game and paid for it .

When the servers had issues with crashes a couple of months ago, they extended membership for a couple of days for everyone.

I can't say if they'll do the same now though, since I don't think the problem is so severe. I encountered some issues earlier this morning, but it seems that it's already pretty much resolved.

 

You should wait for an official input from staff.
