This is the second time. I feel so disappointed!!! Losing more than 100k to get into Safari and still dont have bulbasaur.

Yesterday, I lost 1 bulbasaur after catching it from Safari and server disconnected. Today, it happens again. Caught a bulbasaur, server disconnected, then lost it. Anyone can help?

Hi, my account is pvthuyen, I have just caught a bulbasaur but after 5 min, I got disconnected from the server and 5 min after I logged in, my bulbasaur disappeared. It happened just 3 min ago. Please help!!! Thank you so much.
