I have just caught a bulbasaur but after 5 min, I got disconnected from the server and 5 min after I logged in, my bulbasaur disappeared. It happened just 3 min ago.

if you got hit by a server crash and your bulbasaur is gone now, i am afraid to tell you that there is no way to recover your bulba to you. It's most likely gone :C. I am very sorry for you, I feel with you. I was fighting Chuck when the server crashed and therefor I have to wait also 2 weeks to fight him again. I really hope you will find soon or sooner a better bulbasaur ! :)

Some times when the game crashes/stuck, you might lose your a bit of your progress. Keep in mind that game is in BETA and crashes can happen any time. You will not be given anything you lost in a rollback/crash/stuck as it's responsbility. Please take the time to read the following thread https://pokemonrevolution.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=88&t=7881#p48834

I am so sorry for your case, however, it will not have any action go further for your case.
