What is your operation system? Did you try this https://pokemonrevolution.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=16&t=31177 yet? The operating system was windows 10. I got it done now but its not that there was any particular problem I guess, the game just does get stuck or crash now and then.Normally I couldn't care less but in this situation where I'am losing 15k each time plus the cost of all the repels needed to get to that place.. Just pointing it out so that maybe is something is done about it others in the future won't have to deal with this.

The fight wasn't *against* Deoxys,so no I didn't. This was after I beat deoxys and was trying to find raquaza to take me back. P.S- Sorry if it was unclear but it happened three times not four.I said I had paid 60k since I'am back on the moon now but I'am just sitting around being frustrated..
-
Mudkip does the job for the story. I wouldn't bother about whats good for Pvp since its most likely to not have the best nature,IVs etc
-
Not sure if this is a complaint or a bug but certainly a problem. I had just finished fighting Deoxys and was about to leave the moon when I encountered a wild pokemon. When I was about to run away from it the game crashed and I had to log in again. When I logged in I was back at the last pokemon center that I had healed at. Upon going to sotopolis and talking to steven he still says the old message saying to go talk to jackson. Figured I needed to do it again,8 max repels later I'am back at the top of skypillar, paid another 15k to go to the moon, went straight to raquaza to get back and what happens? A wild pokemon appears and the game lags while fighting it and I end up getting sent back to the old poke centre. Just the sheer encounter rate is making it almost sure that the game lags at some point during a fight. While this normally isn't a big issue in this case getting sent back to sotopolis which is quite a long way from the moon is a problem. And on top of that, having to pay 15k each time is just horrible,I've paid 60k now and still havent finished it :Nervous: :n:

That tip will help me with sabrina. I just got my magikarp to evolve. what would be a good level to get garadose up to? EDIT: Didn't Mean to double post!!! I did that without thinking!! Get it as high as you can possibly go,I had my magikarp up till lvl 50 before I evolved it
-
Do you have an old rod yet? Getting a magikarp does help in the long run since you'll need help with Sabrina,Blaine and Giovanii. And he single handedly sweeps the Elite four as well
-
Pikachu was probably viridrian forest.Squirtle was his starter, and I think he said Budew not Roselia
-
Pikachu doesn't really help with any gym in particular apart from Misty so I would suggest swapping it out for the abra

I'd like the game to be hard but the grind is way too much.

You get exp boosts from membership and you're complaining :Ambivalent: just saying....But ya,there are ways you can avoid the problem.Knocking down geodudes isn't the way to do it.And about the rattata,I got mine to lvl 80 in a about 3 hours without membership so I'am pretty sure its not going to be much of a problem. -
Johto was pretty smooth here was well. Cyndaquil, gastly and gyrados wrecks.
-
Get a geodude that has sturdy, level him up a bit.Magnitude should do the job on raichu.
-
It's because I kept the TM's for Thunderbolt and Psychic and put it onto that Gastly. Shadowball/Thunderbolt/Psychic/Sucker or Shadow Punch is what did it for me. Oh that explains
-
Not to mention all the people that disconnect during a battle once they're sure they're going to lose
-
Agreeing with this. All the people who tell you to PM them an offer and then just quit the chat hoping you increase the price and keep doing so until they feel the price is high enough rather than just discussing stuff.
-
No idea how you finished the whole of johto with just a gastly but idk about hoenn. There is a psychic gym so maybe that would stop the ralts?
-
So I'am trying to think of which pokemon I'll really need for the Hoenn story so that it goes a lot smoother. Let me know what you think about the team and what changes should be made. Mudkip- for roxanne and flannery. As far as I can remember Lisa and tate had a solrock and a lunatone so mudkip should help there too.And Would its ground type moves be enough to handle watson? Or should I catch something else to deal with him? Ralts- Really just for brawly Breloom-Bit of a confusion here on when I should be evolving it from a shroomish.Shroomish would help with roxanne and wallace. But apparently breloom can't learn bullet seed so would I need a better grass/ electric type for the last gym? Either way breloom would still help with Norman. That still leaves something to deal with Winnona and wallace.Maybe a magnemite if it can be caught somewhere in Hoenn? Let me know what you guys think

You can train in victory road.Alternatively you can go around and beat all the old trainers you already beat ( after they reset). Get the money from them and use that to buy trash lvl 100s

I agree with you one the point that there seems to be a lot of grinding involved at weird parts of the game. And I did struggle in Kanto due to that. The problem being the fact that wild pokemon don't give enough exp for whichever point in the storyline, and also that most people do evolve their pokemon which makes it insanely hard. That being said there is a way to reduce the impact of the problem or maybe completely avoid it. Just set up your team properly in advance . Using the pokemon you need to finish the gyms against the trainers in the wild to gain as much exp on the necessary pokemon. If you get a Gyrados late on in the game and try to train it just before the E4 theres a whole load of grinding to do.But if you just get a magikarp while you still have 3 badges, theres more than enough trainers to help level it up.I personally did no grinding for the Elite 4 in kanto just because my Gyrados had reached lvl 90s by the time I got to the elite 4.

I wonder how you did that lol

Any reason why you picked torchic for the story? And when you said torchic are you assuming I let it fully evolve and not run the whole story as a torchic? I just thoung about what team to do in order to finish the story in Hoenn and studying the spawns I thought the best team was Torchic, Pelipper, Ralts, Axew, Roselia, Magnemite. Of course is just an opinion, but i preferred it like this and no, I haven't evolve them 'till the league. Okay but how did you deal with the normal type gym and the psychic gym later on?
-
Mudkip is the one i prefere the most, but to build my "hoenn story team" I choose Torchic. Any reason why you picked torchic for the story? And when you said torchic are you assuming I let it fully evolve and not run the whole story as a torchic?
-
Was just thinking about who to pick as my hoenn starter. What would be considered the best for playing Hoenn in Pro? And who's the champion at the end of the elite 4? It used to be steven in ruby and sapphire but wallace in emerald. Anyone already finished hoeen and have an answer to this?

I've been trying to catch a Mukrow to help me beat Morty. But is it only for members or can you find it on route 33 in johto?
-
If you have a pokemon with 'frisk' you can see if the grimer is holding a black sludge. I have one on red I don't plan to use because I have 8 leftovers. Na I don't have anything with frisk. but would what I said work?
-
When you find a grimer in the wild and if its holding blacksludge will it be using the item? Like will you see it heal? Been catching heaps of grimers and muks trying to get this blacksludge since I was an idiot and didnt get the leftovers from SS anne. Was wonder if I could just hit the grimer once and watch if it heals or not and then decide to catch it if it does heal?
