Well, it's certainly doable when you complete the Kanto region. However, once you start both Johto and Hoenn you are forced to choose a starter from that region. You will also meet a lot more Pokemon that are native to that region so the original 151 might me a bit more scarce. I'm not sure how this game works (yet, My charmander is only lvl 11 :P). But can't I keep using my same pokémon? And level those up? Or how do these different zones work? You lose all your pokémon when you enter a new zone? When you beat Kanto's Elite 4 and choose to start Johto, all your Kanto Pokemon are locked in your PC until you get all 8 badges of the new region. So, you're pretty much forced to use the new Pokemon. Of course after you finish all 3 regions you can use any Pokemon you want. And the first generation has some (obviously not all) of the strongest Pokemon, so you will be good to go.

Maybe you were the one who sent him a battle request while checking the options in the friendlist and didn't notice. I had something similar happening to me before. I wanted to inspect someone and accidentally asked him for a trade. I only realised that after the trade window showed up. :Crazy:

It sometimes takes up to 24 h to receive your coins. Also, make sure that your donation registered in Paypal. I usually get this when I donate many times consecutively, but the donations don't register meaning that you still don't lose the money. Check your Paypal statement.

Your Pokemon are locked in your PC when you start a new region. They are unlocked once you beat all the gyms in said region. About the money, make sure you don't black out in battle because you lose 5% of your money when you do.
