Have you actually searched or just came here blaming?
Anyway, Johto-Kanto

Ctrl+F to search. Also, there are rare Pokemon that only appear in quests like Doctor's etc.
Move relearner will only teach you moves that are available through leveling which isn't the case with Gyarados and Bounce.
You will have to get it from lake of rage tutor again. Also, I don't know what you mean that you can't enter lake of rage with Gyarados. I was able to teach him Bounce there just fine a couple of months ago.
what about the top tier guys then ? i see someone still keeping use him. he should be useless on pvp then , no ?
He's still a strong Sword Dancer that has good STAB moves like Knockoff, Iron Head and Sucker Punch that's a priority move too. Dunno how often he's used in PvP though.

You don't lose money when the server goes down. It counts as a loss in whatever battle you're having, but you don't lose 5% of your money as you would otherwise.
If you mean Celadon hideout here is a guide to help you check if you've done everything needed.

My french aren't the best, but I think that the problem is that you think that your account is reset?
Check the default server when logging in. It changed to Yellow server, so you might have to change it to Red or Blue and you will continue your progress.
If that's not your problem then I just made a f00l of myself. lel :Shy:
There is no TM or HM Rock climb. You can only have access to it from Pokemon that learn it though leveling like Venipede, Ferrothorn and Druddigon.
Also, it's an egg move for many common Pokemon like Sandshrew, Geodude and Zigzagoon.
Some of the newer generation moves haven't been implemented yet, so some Pokemon movelists might be lacking. It has been mentioned though that it's the intention of the staff to progressively add all moves to the game up until Generation VI. Just be patient.
Wow, that definitely seems weird.
I thought something was wrong when I saw a lvl100 Snorlax on Sage's side. So were you fighting your own Pokemon throughout the fight?
Pokemon like Ada Kabutops, Modest Omastar and Ludicolo all with Swift Swim are always good in rain teams. I'm not the most experienced PvP player, but I would definitely have some of these Pokemon in a rain team.
