    I use Bisharp and have it False Swipe to 1HP, Thunder wave them, then use Scary face 3 times and wait until Bisharp faints. Pretty sure almost any pokemon will go first, especially if they have choice scarf on. I mainly just hunt Psyduck and Golducks in cerulean cave though.
