Mattjitsu

I made an account last year and I had made much more progress in the game then is being shown. currently, i only have 3 low level pokemon and no badges. in the game i played, i had invested a lot of money, i made it through the elite four in kanto, and i had started in Jhotto.. I want to get my current account progress back before I start playing this game. I am concerned the servers are unreliable and I do not want to invest any more until I know I can get that information back. can an administrator help me? i am making the prefix for blue AND red server because I am unsure what server my good character was on. however, i am almost certain in was blue server. please help me get my acount back to the way it was!
