I made an account last year and I had made much more progress in the game then is being shown. currently, i only have 3 low level pokemon and no badges. in the game i played, i had invested a lot of money, i made it through the elite four in kanto, and i had started in Jhotto.. I want to get my current account progress back before I start playing this game. I am concerned the servers are unreliable and I do not want to invest any more until I know I can get that information back. can an administrator help me? i am making the prefix for blue AND red server because I am unsure what server my good character was on. however, i am almost certain in was blue server. please help me get my acount back to the way it was!

as well as check the Dashboard, you are able to see how many hours you played on each server and when you started

Currently your most played time amount is on Blue server but it's low and doesn't match with what you just said, what was your username ?
