Hello, I tried doing the whole merge process but it only allows me to click merge on the silver sever and not gold. gold for some reason has a min playtime file in it.

I couldn't find another thread about this so i cant tell if its just me. Do the elemental fangs really have 95% Acc? I feel like i miss with them more often then a move with 80% Acc during the last fight with lance in johto he missed a ice fang and i missed 2 myself, my friend almost lost against the kanto elite 4 with the amount of thunder fangs he missed. So i just want to know is it really 95%?
