I tried doing the whole merge process but it only allows me to click merge on the silver sever and not gold. gold for some reason has a min playtime file in it.

The Blue and the Red server have become the Silver server.

 

If you want to merge your Blue server account, you must merge it into Silver server.

Since your progress was on Blue server and that it has merged with Red server, it will now be on Silver server. Moreover, Gold server is simply a rename of the server formerly known as Yellow.
