Is it your browser or the Operating System which is stating the file is dangerous? Some feedback relating to that would be nice so it can assist the staff to possibly fixing the issue.

Yeah, from the FAQ as well as from the word of staff, they will not compensate you for anything lost or released. Best thing to say is try to avoid doing so the next time.
