if it is happening how can you post? And It's not possible to happen anymore because I ran the script to fix the issue. As for phones. I am using iPhone 5s and galaxy s5 and I have no issues. Maybe it is an issue on your end?

New Registered users are not given the permission to view every board. This is due to community being pointed in a direction with more socialization with other players. New users are fairly limited such as unable to send message, customize profile and so on. In order to reach "normal group" you will need at least 8 posts.
