I was able to buy the permit immediately after beating E4 and enter the sites without finding the 6 rocks. But I had to look for the 6 rocks on my main acc.

Maybe consider making the Blue Server the default server so that new players go there instead and let the population of players even out for Red and Blue? Red Server is still getting tons of new players and most newbies might not know about the 2nd server. Blue also seems more stable than Red.

Does this method work the same now that there are 2 different servers? Haven't bought coins since the Blue Server came out.
