im not sure about the nature, but bosses have 31 IVs across the board, and +100 EVs on every stat

this was fixed yesterday, and has been confirmed by multiple people to have been fixed.
Something is wrong with your network setup in this case as it must not be allowing you to download maps

the only way you could be stuck there, is if you selected "No" if you didn't have rock climb. I amended it to now have it force you to be teleported regardless

in gen 7, hyper potion heals 120HP

added (another) workaround in spear pillar. People with broken quest can simply walk out into Mt. Coronet and then walk back into sear pillar to reinitiate the quest line

Fixed a bunch of stuff:
- Remaining NPC issues with invisibles should be resolved
- Ash westwood should now work as intended (confirmed working)
- Cyrus section of spear pillar story should now work (unconfirmed right this minute)
- Added Belossom (Moonblast, Growth) to Pre Evolution Tutor

are you able to redownload the maps? press F2 and type clearmaps into the command console. Then close and reopen the client

I recently changed the requirements. I didnt realise it was 50 sinnoh hours for that boss beforehand.
Its currently 180 hours. I will change it back shortly

that isnt a bug, unfortunately there is no way a script can detect a UI change. If you read the NPC it clearly states that if you click yes to teach but don't actually teach it, u wont get a refund
