What server are you playing on? Sorry i should've mentioned that earlier. I'm playing on Red. I moved you to the last visited Pokemon Center. Try /ref and/or Alt + Tab once you managed to login. Your issue should be solved by now.

The servers had been experiencing huge waves of lags throughout the day. The issue had been caused by too many users being at the same place. We had to remove the event due to the exact same reason.

Silph Scope ? where can i get it ? my friend said that mr juji is in the highest floor of pkm tower Silph scope is the item you receive/find when clearing Team Rocket's hideout in Celadon City.
